Gelnwood Software — Terms of Service

To use Gelnwood Software you must be 13 or older, and anyone under 18 needs a parent or legal guardian’s permission to enrol and transact.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Contact support@igniterapp.com immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

When you enrol in a course, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access its content for your own learning. You may not share, resell, record, or redistribute any course material.

Access to a course continues for as long as it remains active on the Service, unless your access is revoked for a breach of these Terms.

Prices are displayed in INR and may be inclusive of taxes. Payments are handled securely through Razorpay — Gelnwood Software never stores your card or banking information.

Every purchase is governed by our Refund Policy. We may revise prices occasionally, though this will not affect courses you have already bought.

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy, available on this site. Where a refund is approved, it is returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.

Digital content that has already been substantially accessed or downloaded may not be eligible for a refund, except where required by law.

We provide the Service and its content “as is”, for educational use only. We strive for accuracy and uptime, but Gelnwood Software cannot promise specific exam outcomes, continuous availability, or completely error-free material.

So far as the law allows, Gelnwood Software is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Liabilities that Indian law does not permit to be excluded remain unaffected.

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not pirate, copy, or redistribute content; attempt to bypass payment or access controls; upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing material; or interfere with the Service’s security or operation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund where the breach is serious.

Everything on the Service — course videos, notes, tests, logos and other content — belongs to Gelnwood Software or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. Using the Service does not give you any ownership of that material.

You can discontinue use and remove your account at any time. Gelnwood Software may suspend or terminate your access for a breach of these Terms, to comply with the law, or if the academy winds down its presence on the platform.

Indian law governs these Terms, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may revise these Terms occasionally. Where a change is significant we will give in-app notice and update the “Last updated” date shown above, and your continued use signals acceptance of the new Terms.
